—Windows 2000 and Cybershot—
Cyber-shotsŪ work fabulous under Windows 2000 once the drivers were found. The biggest difference between Win98/ME and Win2000 is that there is one catch to the USB Plug-N-Play, the hardware must be "Stopped" in the System Tray before removing the camera. It works the same as a USB Zip Drive. This is the set up have used since day one with my DSC-S70, and I love every minute it.
